Please note: The times outlined below are simply a guide. Every event is unique, and we’re always happy to tailor our schedule to suit your special day.

Our standard package includes 5 hours on-site, which comprises arrival, setup, 2 hours of live music, cleardown, and optional background music provided before, after and in between sets. Earlier arrival or later finish to accommodate a longer live music session is available for an additional cost.

We need around 45 minutes to set up, so as long as the performance space is clear when we arrive, we’ll be ready and sounding great within an hour.

The live music can be broken up into multiple sets as you see fit, for example, with our standard 2 hours of live music package, you could have 2 one hour sets, or you could have 2 sets of 30 minutes + 1 one hour set.

For Weddings, our arrival is typically around 7:00pm, we take 45 minutes to setup and sound check, then usually around 8:00pm it’s time to cut the cake, followed immediately by your first dance. We then launch into our first live set—usually about 45 minutes—taking us to 9:00pm, which often coincides with the evening food being served. Once food service completes—typically after one hour—we will begin our second, longer set at 10:00pm. This 75-minute set is packed with party anthems and high-energy floor-fillers, perfect for when everyone’s loosened up and ready to dance! We wrap things up around 11:15pm, usually with a few encores and a full dance floor.

While some guests may start to leave at this point (totally normal!), the hardcore party animals will still be going. We can keep the energy up with a DJ set until midnight (or later for an additional fee)—whether it’s a playlist you’ve provided, one we’ve curated, or a blend of both.

This standard package typically covers an evening reception, but we also offer an afternoon set. Specific timings and details can be discussed after booking. If the weather’s good and there’s an appropriate space with a power supply, we’re happy to perform outside—subject to your venue’s license.

Absolutely! We’re always happy to fulfil special requests.

If it’s a song already in our repertoire, we’d be delighted to perform it live for your first dance. If it’s not, just get in touch—we’ll be happy to provide a quote for learning and performing it just for you.

You absolutely do not, we bring everything we need, so you don’t need to worry about anything technical. We bring our own PA system, equipment and stage lighting. Just make sure you bring yourselves and your guests!

The government recently de-licensed live music so in a word ‘No’. Your venue will almost certainly have a ‘PRS’ license but that is their responsibility. You don’t need to worry about that.

We can learn song which fall out of our repertoire, however we would require an additional £50 per song and at least 4 weeks notice prior to your event. On the night, we always tend to pick our set based on the crowd we’re playing to, to ensure that your dance floor is as busy as possible.

Just like any professional band, we’re fully covered by our £10m Public Liability Insurance. In almost all instances, venues will ask for our paperwork and our PAT certification so we will send that directly to the venue the month before the event, so you don’t have to. That way, we can be sure they have the most up-to-date policy and certificates, and that nothing can go wrong on the day.

When you book, we will discuss with the utmost transparency all the financials and the options that are available. The majority of our clients generally choose to pay in instalments, either monthly or on a four stage plan. This hopefully helps make having a professional band more affordable, as we don’t expect you to have a massive outlay in one go either at the time of booking or on the day of the event.
